How Secure is the Video Communication?
All the communication between the user's client machines and the MediSprout cloud is secured through an encrypted tunnel. Furthermore, the client software that gets installed by the user to enable video communication is digitally signed to prevent tempering and code injection.

Do users need administrator rights to install the MediSprout video driver?
No, administrator privileges are not required by the user to install the MediSprout video driver.
I have no Webcam on my computer, could I still send or receive calls?
Yes, the MediSprout video driver only requires the presence of a microphone connected to your computer. Without it, the driver will not start. If a microphone is disconnected while on a call, the call will end abruptly.
Do you use Vidyo as your video conferencing provider?
Yes, Vidyo is the best! They are the most secure video conferencing technology on the market. There video quality is amazing (HD) but also degrades smoothly in low badwidth environments, the call still goes through. We are a preferred Vidyo partner.
Can I use MediSprout with my existing Vidyo infrastructure?
Yes! We can host a version of MediSprout rebranded to match your organization that uses you Vidyo infrastructure. You can also host MediSprout on-premise using your own Vidyo infrastructure.
Can I host MediSprout on-premis? My server and my network?
Yes! You can host MediSprout on-premise using your own Vidyo infrastructure. Rebranding is also available. You only need MySql and a durable file store. We can help with the setup.
